Sugar Free - Low Carb- Strawberry Cheesecake
Makes 6 servings

8 oz. - Cream cheese
4 oz. - Half-and-half, 4 oz
1/2 cup - Steviva Blend or equivalent
2 - Eggs
2 tsp.Vanilla extract,
1 cup sliced Strawberries
1/2 Sour Cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a blender or food processor, combine cream cheese, half-and-half, 1/2 cup - Steviva Blend, eggs and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into an 8" ceramic or Pyrex pie pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Chill well. Garnish with sliced strawberries and sour cream (to which 1 tbs. Steviva Blend is added).
