Contrary to what the press is saying. Low carb does work. The basis of most successful modern diet plans is to significantly lower your carbohydrate intake, especially refined carbohydrates, thus stimulating your body to burn fat reserves for energy. It takes an average of about three days of an almost complete carbohydrate-free diet to begin burning your fat reserves as energy. Sugar Free Low Carb Sweet and Crunchy Chicken Salad
Serves: 4
Carbs Per Serving: 4.0 g
Prep Time:<15 minutes

Skill Level: Easy

This is an extraordinarily easy yet extremely tasty salad you must try.

8 Ounces Cooked Chicken Breast Half – Diced Small
1 Ounce Slivered Almonds
½ Cup Jicama – Diced Small
½ Cup Diced Celery
½ Cup Diced Onion
½ Avocado - Diced Small (optional)
4 Tbs. Fresh Cilantro

4 Tbs. Mayonnaise
1 Tbs. Each Salt And Pepper
2 Tbs. Steviva Brand Stevia Blend

Put Jicama and 2 Tbs water in a baggy with 2 Tbs. Steviva Brand Stevia Blend and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour, turning bag occasionally to marinate.
When ready to make, mix all ingredients well including liquid from Jicama. Refrigerate at least 2-3 hours to blend flavors.
Garnish with Avacodo and Cilantro
