Ingredients:
2 Ounces Almonds
-- Ground
1 Large Egg -- Slightly Beaten
1 Tbs. Flax Seed Meal
2 Tbs. Butter -- Melted
4 Tbs. Heavy Cream
1 Dash Cinnamon
2 Tbs. Steviva
Brand Stevia Blend (New

Instructions:
Mix almonds, flax, egg, 1T butter, 2T cream, cinnamon to taste and 1 Tbs.
Steviva
Brand Stevia Blend or a tiny dash of Stevia Powder
until it makes a paste.
Pour into a small, microwave safe bowl and microwave for approximately
1 minute and 20 seconds(1100 watt oven)or until the center puffs up. Remove
and top immediately with remaining butter, cream, Steviva
Brand Stevia Blend or a tiny dash of Stevia Powder and cinnamon
to taste.
