Sugar Free Low Carb Szechwan Chicken and Vegetables
Serves: 12
Carbs Per Serving: 5g
Prep Time:<30 minutes
Skill Level: Easy

Ingredients:
3 Tbs. Corn Oil
1 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
2 Medium Chicken Breast, Thinly Shredded
1 Stalk Celery -- Thinly Sliced
1 Medium Green Bell Pepper -- Thinly Julienne
1 Small Carrot -- Thinly Sliced
½ Tsp. Salt
1 Tbs. Soy Sauce
1/3 Cup Chicken Stock
1 Tsp. Steviva Brand Stevia Blend or a tiny dash of Steviva Brand Stevia Powder
1/4 Tsp. Guar Gum -- To Thicken If Needed
Optional --1/4 Tsp. Tabasco Sauce --

Instructions:
Heat wok or deep skillet over high heat with oil and pepper flakes for 10 seconds.
Reduce heat to medium and stir fry chicken for 1 ½ minutes.
Add celery, carrot and bell pepper and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir fry for 1-2 more minutes or until slightly thickened.
