Cut the Sugar:
Sugar has a tendency to be a craving and a curse all at once. It tastes good going down and keeps you from feeling ‘up’. When you crave something sweet, its important to have something else ready and available to eat instead. Try to choose snacks that have a small amount of carbohydrates to give you a measurable amount of energy for your day like whole grain crackers and low-fat cheese, fresh fruit or a small box of raisins and low-fat cheese or plain, nonfat yogurt blended with fruit.

Caffeine is another substance that will give us the wake up call that we need, but leave us hanging later on. Try to choose the decaffeinated version of your favorite beverage like coffee, tea or cola and avoid using caffeine to help you stay awake; this will only throw off your natural sleep cycle and promote your low energy levels.

There is enormous pressure to conform to this concept of ourselves and so we lose touch with our full potential, forgetting that we are beings of light.
At this time, many of us are reawakening to the truth of who we are, because we are living amidst such large-scale changes in the world. We need to access this light in order to not only survive but thrive as we shift into a new order of consciousness. As the changes around us proceed in rapid progression, we will want to be able to trust our own ability to sense what is happening and how we can best respond. We are no longer living in a predictable world in which we can trust external authority figures and prior ideas about reality to guide us. We need to be able to access the information that will help us navigate these uncertain waters, and the ultimate authority resides in our awareness of ourselves as beings of light.
It is through our connection to this light that we know things beyond what the visible world can tell us, and we see things beyond what the physical world reveals. In order to access this wisdom, we can simply allow ourselves to remember that we are not limited, as we have been taught. In fact, we are filled with divine grace and power that is ours for the asking. A daily practice of tuning into this vast potential, conversing with it, and offering ourselves up to it opens the door through which we can reclaim our true identity, taking ownership of the calling that the time has come to create bliss on earth.
Dunkle Murphy's No Added Sugar, Low glycemic Barbeque Sauce Recipe

The problem with store bought Barbeque Sauce is that it contains a huge amount of sugar. At 6 grams per tablespoon, if you add 2-3 tablespoons to your place without really realizing it, you've just eaten the equivalent sugar content as what's found in half a can of soda. This Barbeque Sauce is zesty, spicy and flavorful without all that added sugar you don't need or want. Try this on ribs or chicken and you will love it.
2 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup Fructevia, Steviva Brand Stevia Blend or a dash Steviva Brand Stevia Powder
2 tablespoons molasses
4 tablespoons peanut oil
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons (or more) hot sauce
In a saucepan mix all ingredients for sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 10 minutes.
