Zesty Cranberry Orange Relish
The Perfect Recipe For the Holiday Season!
1 Pkg. Fresh Cranberries
1 Navel Orange
1/8 tsp. Stevia*
2 T sugar
* Slice orange into eight sections.
* Using a food processor, chop half of the cranberries and half of the orange. Remove from processor and place in a bowl. Then, chop the remaining half of the cranberries and orange.
* Place the rest in the same bowl. Add liquid Stevia* and 2 T of sugar. Sweeten to taste.
* For a new version, try adding a little freshly chopped mint.
