All Natural Sugar Free Blueberry Breakfast Shake
(makes 4 servings)

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups frozen blueberries (Super High In Anti-Oxidants)
2 cups apple cinnamon tea
2 scopes sugar free protein powder - vanilla
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup Steviva Brand Stevia Blend or a very small dash of Steviva Brand Stevia Powder
Directions:
Throw everything in the blender and blend until smooth. Serve right away.
Note: You can use any kind of berries that are in season but Blueberries are just coming in and they taste great. I can live off of these shakes during the Summer months.
