Mocha Irish coffee jello shots. Yes, it’s a thing and YES you want these in your life. Pop a jello shot and get the flavors of mocha coffee and Irish whiskey.

 8 ¼ coffee (room temperature)
 0.75 Nectevia Original
 1 packet unflavored gelatin
 0.75 creme de cocoa liqueur
 3 hot water (not quite boiling)
 0.75 heavy cream
 3 Irish whiskey
 dark chocolate bar

Add the coffee and Nectevia to a 2 cup measuring cup.

Sprinkle the contents of the gelatin packet on top of the liquid.

Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Pour the hot water into the coffee mixture and whisk to blend/melt the gelatin.

Add the remaining ingredients and whisk to thoroughly combine.

Pour into silicone mold and slide into the refrigerator.

Let chill at least 9 hours. Overnight is best.

Remove from mold and top with shaved dark chocolate.
