Yields10 ServingsPrep Time10 mins

My sister Cheryl who is studying to be a Naturopathic Physician sent this recipe to me. My other sister Gina backed it up as being very tasty as well as nutritious. The almond butter makes them high in protein, omega 3 and good fat.

 2 almond butter
0.25 cup carob or cocoa powder
2 tbsp Fructevia, Steviva Blend, or a very small dash SteviaSweet!
 shredded coconut, as needed
1

Mix carob or cocoa powder and Fructevia, Steviva Blend, or a very small dash SteviaSweet! into almond butter until it is stuff.

2

Roll into 10 little balls and then roll those balls into coconut until coated.

Great snack and a great treat!!
