Avocado Deviled Eggs

 4 large hard boiled eggs
 3 tbsp avocado
 0.50 tbsp sour cream
 0.50 tsp lime juice
 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
 1 tsp salt

1. Cut 4 hard boiled eggs in half, creating 8 halves.

2. Scoop the yolks out of the whites into a bowl and set whites aside.

3. Mash up the avocado and add it to the yolks along with the sour cream, lime juice, cayenne, pepper and salt. Combine.

4. Scoop yolk mixture evenly into the center of the whites.

5. Top with a dash of fresh-cracked black pepper. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
