The pork:
 3 lbs boneless pork butt
 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
 5 ½ tbsp kosher salt
 1 tsp cayenne
 2 tsp paprika
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp onion powder
 1 tsp dried thyme
Tacos:
 12 flour tortillas
 1 yellow onion
 1 pack of bacon
 cilantro
Coleslaw:
 1 package of coleslaw
 0.50 cup mayo
 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  cup Nectevia Original
 0.25 tsp salt
 pepper to taste
BBQ Sauce:
 1 cup ketchup
 1 cup white vinegar
 0.50 cup molasses
 0.25 cup Nectevia Original
 1 tsp liquid smoke
 0.50 tsp salt
 0.25 tsp onion powder
 0.25 tsp garlic powder
 0.50 tsp Tabasco sauce
BBQ Sauce:

Combined all ingredients in saucepan over medium/high heat.

Whisk until smooth.

Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer for at least 30 minutes or until the mixture thickens.

The Pork:

First you want to get your spices together for the pork.

Put them all in a bowl and stir.

Put pork in crockpot and massage in the spices.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

The meat will fall apart.

Once the meat is done, you can shred it.

Put the meat back in the crock pot on the warm setting.

Tacos:

Next you want to caramelized some onions.

Cut up some yellow onions, and put down some olive oil in a pan.

Cook on medium until golden brown and set aside.

Cook your pack of bacon in the oven while the onions are cooking and set aside when they are done.

Coleslaw:

Combine all the ingredients for the coleslaw and stir together.
