This smoothie is loaded with fiber and super high in anti-oxidants courtesy of the blueberries. This is the way you should be starting your morning.

 2 frozen blueberries (These are super high in anti-oxidants!)
 2 apple cinnamon tea
 0.25 tsp no added sugar protein powder (vanilla)
 0.25 cup low fat milk
 2 tbsp flax meal
 0.13 cup Fructevia, Steviva Blend (or a tiny dash to taste SteviaSweet)

Throw everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
