 1 lb ground pork
 1 tbsp cornstarch
 3 cloves garlic (minced)
 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
 2 tsp tamari
 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
 1 tsp black pepper
 1 tsp MonkSweet+

Preheat the oven to 350°F degrees.
