Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash cranberries and put them in a small pot with 3/4 cup of water. Heat cranberries on medium until berries start to pop and the skins break down.
Turn heat to low and add in the KetoseSweet Liquid and the clove powder. Simmer on low for 10-15 minutes until berries start to thicken. Turn off heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into squares about 2-1/2 x 2-1/2 inches. Put each square in a mini-muffin tin well.
Chop up brie into little 3/4 inch x 1/2 inch squares so a small square fits inside each puff pastry cup.
Spoon a little of the hot cranberry mixture onto each piece of brie. If you have extra flaps on top, fold over. If not, don’t worry, the puff pastry will ‘puff up’ while baking and form a nice baked bite.
Mix the granulated Steviva Blend mixed with cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle Steviva cinnamon mixture on top of each bite.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
The bites are ready to be served from the oven. I used a small spoon to pop each one out onto my platter.
