Just Peachy and Fresh Raspberry Bellini

Peach Puree:
 2 fresh peaches
 2 tbsp Nectevia Original
 0.33 cup pineapple juice
 2 tsp corn starch
Beverage:
 1 fresh raspberries
 6 orange concentrate
 6 pineapple juice
 1 tbsp Nectevia Original
 68 peach bellini wine

For the Puree:

In a sauce pan add 1 1/2 chopped peaches, Nectevia, and lime juice.

Simmer for 10 mins.

With a masher, mash peaches.

Add pineapple juice and corn starch

Whisk until cornstarch is dissolved

Strain through fine sieve into a small bowl and place in the fridge to cool.

In a blender, add concentrate and pineapple juice.

Blend.

Add Nectevia to sweeten a bit.

Set in the fridge.

To assemble drink:

Pour puree, about 1/4 Cup into the bottom.

Add in 5-7 raspberries and mash them.

Pour concentrate over it about half full.

Next pour bellini wine to almost top.

Add fresh raspberries and sliced peach.
