Super easy, one bowl Keto-diet friendly chocolate peanut butter cups. Just five ingredients in these “fat bombs” that are also gluten-free and sugar-free! An awesome treat for my Keto folks out there.
You guys….these chocolate peanut butter cups are SO EASY to make. Seriously. I made these fat bombs for two of my supervisors at work who are on the Keto diet. I felt bad that they could not eat any of the regular goodies I brought in for my guys, so I made sure to make something Keto-friendly just for them!
Line a standard cupcake tin with 12 cupcake liners. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, cocoa powder, coconut oil, liquid Steviva and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and all ingredients incorporated. Use a small cookie scoop to drop a scoop of the chocolate mixture into each cupcake liner.
Place cupcake tins in the freezer to set. Fat bombs are best eaten cold.
