Low-Carb Peanut Butter & Jelly Thumbprint Cookies

 1.75 cups sugar free peanut butter
 2 eggs
 2 tbsp coconut flour
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 0.50 tsp baking powder
 0.50 cup Steviva Blend
 2.67 tbsp Steviva Blend
 0.25 cup sugar free raspberry Jelly

Combine the cookie ingredients except for the jelly in a medium sized bowl.

Stir well until fully combined.

Roll into twenty 1 inch balls and place on a parchment covered cookie sheet.

Press a well into the center of each cookie with your thumb.

Place about ½ tsp of jelly in each center.

Bake in a preheated 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 11 minutes (if you bake longer than 11 minutes they will be dried out).
