Any pureed fresh or frozen fruit will do, whether you have a glut of bananas you're looking to get rid of or found a deal on strawberries at the supermarket. Just be sure to add a bit of Fructevia, Steviva Blend or a dash of Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder before blending.
Place the mango, lime juice, Fructevia, Steviva Blend or a dash of Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder, and cayenne in a blender and puree, adding a bit of water if needed.
Divide the mixture among four frozen pop molds and place them in the freezer for at least 3 hours. (Do not cheat by checking along the way, because they won't freeze properly.)
