These turn out particularly well with Fructevia. Because you are using egg white and no oils these cookies are really high in protein and low in sugars and carbs, making it a perfect guilt free snack. And did I mention they are delicious?

 8 eggs whites
 10 tbsp powdered skim milk
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 2 tsp almond extract
 2 tsp Fructevia

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add skim milk powder. Mix well.


Add extracts and Fructevia. Spoon drop onto cookie sheet.


Bake at 275ºF for 45 minutes.


Remove from sheet and dust with cinnamon and enjoy!
