Low Sugar Autumn Harvest Salad

The perfect Autumn Salad. Low-sugar, and fresh, perfect for the end of the summer.

Vinaigrette Dressing:
 ¼ cup White Wine Vinagar
 ¼ cup Olive Oil
 2 tbsp Minced Chives
 ½ tbsp Fructevia, Steviva Blend or tiny dash Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder
 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
 ½ cup half-and-half
Salad:
 1 tsp Butter
 1 cup Pecans
 ½ tbsp Fructevia, Steviva Blend or tiny dash Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder
 2 Medium Pears (Thinly Sliced)
 6 cups Your favorite Salad Mix

In a bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, chives, sweetener, salt and cayenne; whisk in cream until well combined. Set aside.

In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat; stir in pecans and sweetener. Cook and stir until pecans are toasted and coated with sweetener. Remove pecans to paper towels to drain and cool.

In a large bowl, combine the pear slices, lettuce, pecans and 1/3 cup vinaigrette and toss to coat.

Chill and serve.
