Margaritas – Reduce Calorie and Low Sugar

Yields2 ServingsPrep Time5 minsCook Time5 minsTotal Time10 mins

What goes better with Mexican food than a tasty  frosty margarita? The only problem is the average 12 ounce margarita can  have anywhere from 500 to 800 calories. After you have had two or three, you have added on an additional 1500 hundred calories. If you  indulge a few times a month you have just packed on an extra pound of  pure fat (1lb of fat=3500 calories). Not too mention that the cause of that terrible hangover is the sugar. Here's a margarita recipe that cuts back on the added  sugar but retains the delicious flavor and characteristics that you love.

 Ice
 2 oz Tequila
1 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
 0.50 Triple Sec
1 tbsp Erysweet+ stevia and erythritol blend
Salt, (for rimming the glass, optional)
Citrus wedges for the garnish (limes, lemons, oranges)
1

Mix ingredients jointly inside a blender together with one 1 1/2 cups ice.

2

Add more or less depending on how thick you like your frozen margarita.

3

You might additionally serve that mixture on the rocks should you don't have a blender or don't care for frozen margaritas.

4

Enjoy responsibly!
