Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownie Bites

Brownies
 10 tbsp cocoa powder
 0.50 cup butter (melted)
 1 cup Steviva Blend
 4 eggs
 1 cup flour
 1 tsp vanilla
 1 dash of salt
Peanut Butter Cheesecake Topping
 8 cream cheese (softened)
 2 tsp milk
 0.50 tsp vanilla
 0.25 cup MonkSweet+
 0.50 tsp chocolate toffee peanut butter (or any peanut butter)

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Grease 9 x 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.

In a bowl, mix Steviva Blend, flour, salt. and cocoa powder.

Beat in eggs one at a time until incorporated and mixed.

Add the melted butter and vanilla.

Pour onto baking pan.

In another bowl, beat cream cheese and MonkSweet+ until creamy then add in milk, vanilla and peanut butter and cream until incorporated. Scrape sides down.

Spoon peanut butter cheesecake topping in mounds on top of brownie batter then swirl with the butter knife.

Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes or until toothpick tested in center comes out clean.

Let it cool, cut, and serve.
