Who doesn't love french toast? This sugar-free version of a classic will tantalize all of your senses, even your sweet tooth!
Grease an oven safe baking dish with butter or non-stick spray. Arrange slices of sourdough bread in baking dish, overlapping layers.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, 1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg and Nectevia Marrakesh Spice. Pour over bread paying special attention to soak each piece in the egg mixture.
Top with chopped pears, pecans and remaining cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Heat oven to 350º F and remove cover from dish. Bake 45-50 minutes on center rack.
Sprinkle Steviva Blend Fine Powder over the top of French toast. Serve hot with butter and extra Nectevia Marrakesh Spice.
