Spiced Pumpkin Bars with Pumpkin Frosting

For The Bars:
 15 canned chickpeas, drained
 2 eggs
 0.67 cup egg whites
 3 tbsp Fructevia
 5 tbsp MonkSweet+
 1.50 tsp baking powder
 0.50 tsp baking soda
 1 tbsp regular butter, melted
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 0.33 cup canned pumpkin
 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
 0.33 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
For The Pumpkin Frosting:
 8 1/3 less fat cream cheese
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 0.33 cup canned pumpkin
 3 tbsp MonkSweet+

Heat oven to 350ºF.


Spray a 9×9 dish with olive oil spray.


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth.


Pour the batter into baking pan and bake for 45 minutes.


Cool the cake and prepare frosting.


Add frosting ingredients to blender or food processor and mix well until blended.


Frost the bars and consume. Place in fridge when not eating.
