Nothing goes better with barbecue food than coleslaw. This may sound peculiar but, my favorite coleslaw is from KFC. The only problem is that it has over 12 grams of added sugar. Here's a version of the KFC coleslaw without all the added sugar. I dare you to tell the difference.

8 cups cups finely diced cabbage (about 1 head)
 ¼ cup cup diced carrot
 2 tbsp tablespoons minced onions
¼ cup cup Fructevia, Steviva Blend or a dash Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder
 ½ tsp teaspoon salt
  tsp teaspoon pepper
 ¼ cup cup milk
 ½ cup cup mayonnaise
 ¼ cup cup buttermilk
1 ½ tbsp tablespoons white vinegar
 2.50 tbsp tablespoons lemon juice
1

Cabbage and carrots must be finely diced. (I use fine shredder disc on food processor)

2

Pour cabbage and carrot mixture into large bowl and stir in minced onions.

3

Using regular blade on food processor process remaining ingredients until smooth.

4

Pour liquid over vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly.

5

Cover bowl and refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
