 2 pieces of flatbread
For the sauce
 8 tomato sauce
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tbsp chili powder
 1 tsp cumin
 0.50 tsp oregano
 1 tsp onion powder
 1 tsp salt
 2 tbsp green olives (sliced)
 2 tbsp cooked black beans
 1 tbsp cooked corn kernels
 cayenne
 3 tbsp Fructevia
For the beef
 0.50 lb ground beef (or substitute)
 1 tsp cumin
 0.50 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp chili powder
 salt/pepper to taste
Spicy Sweet Mexican Sauce
 0.50 cup mayonnaise
 2 tbsp Nectivia Original
 4 tbsp siracha hot sauce (or equivalent)
 0.50 cup shredded lettuce
 0.25 cup diced tomatos
 0.25 lime

In a saucepan, over medium heat heat the tomato sauce, seasonings and sweetener.

Cook stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.

Season with salt to taste.

Set aside.

In the same saucepan, cook and drain the meat.

Add 3 Tablespoons of prepared sauce, seasonings, black beans, olives and corn.

Spoon sauce onto flatbread, and top with beef.

Sprinkle liberally with cheese and place under broiler to melt.

Top with a drizzle of sauce, garnish with lettuce and fresh diced tomatoes.
