Low Glycemic Carb No Added Sugar Asian Cabbage Salad
Serves: 4
Serving Size 1 cup
Carbs Per Serving: 7.7 g
Prep Time:<10 minutes
Skill Level: Super Easy
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon Fructevia, Steviva Blend or a dash to taste of Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder
4 cups shredded cabbage (optional 3 cups green cabbage and 1 cup purple)
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup sliced green onion
4 tablespoons diced mint leaves
4 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Instructions:
In a large bowl, stir together the lemon juice and Fructevia, Steviva Blend or a dash to taste of Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder .
All all the other ingredients and toss well until combined.
Serve immediately of cover and chill in refrigerator before serving.
