Sugar Free Low Carb Tofu Creme Brulee
Serves: 2
Carbs Per Serving: 4.0 g
Prep Time:<15 minutes

Skill Level: Easy

Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Ounces Tofu -- Silken, Soft
¼ Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Dash Cinnamon
1 Large Egg Yolk
2 Tbs. Steviva Brand Stevia Blend

Instructions:
In a blender mix all ingredients well until smooth.
Pour into a 10oz glass single serving baking dish or bowl (ramiken) and place into a larger glass bowl.
Fill larger bowl about ½ way up the single serving baking dish or bowl (ramiken) with hot water and microwave on medium powder for 7 minutes or until set.
Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before eating.
