I never have once thought of our government as a good resource for diet and fitness information. After all part of the obesity epidemic we are suffering was caused by the notorious "Food Pyramid". Sugar Free Low Carb Tasty Crabmeat Dip
Serves: 14
Carbs Per Serving: 4.4 g

Having a party? Serve this dish and your guests will come crawling back for more!

Ingredients:
1 container (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 can (6-1/2 ounces) crabmeat, drained, rinsed and flaked
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Steviva Brand Stevia Blend or the tiniest dash of Steviva Brand Stevia Powder
Assorted raw vegetables

Directions:
In a food processor, process the cream cheese until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in the sour cream until well blended, then the onion, horseradish, Butter Buds and pepper to taste. Stir in the crabmeat, lemon juice and Steviva Brand Stevia Blend. Chill 30 minutes for the flavors to blend. Serve with assorted raw vegetables.
