Welcome to Your Chance of a Lifetime
an endless number of chances awaits you
I can't even begin to tell you how many times I have tried just to fail. This applies to every part of my life; business, relationships, friendships and family. There have been times when I thought I hit the end of the road and I was out of chances. But, what I found is that road continued on and tomorrow was another day which brings the gift of a second chance to start anew. I am sure that what I have experienced in my life is pretty typical and I would venture to guess most people have experiences far worse than mine. I came from a great family who has supported me through all of my crazy ideas.
If you feel that fate has brought you defeat, be secure with the natural fact that you have another chance to start over again no matter how many times you don't make it. The beginning is right now. You can start over again and try it again another way or the same way with more commitment. There is always an endless supply of chances and there always will be. Don't allow yourself to be controlled by your thoughts of self doubt. Press ahead past the committee in your head which gives you advice and criticism and fill your heart with self respect. Another chance is just around the corner and this one might be the one you have always dreamt of. Jump on board and take it where it will and know that if it doesn't get you to your destination another one will be pulling up in a minute or so.
We are all divine amazing creatures. We have endured so much over the past decade. We are all connected somehow. I am not sure how but, I feel it's true so it must be. We are on the cusp of great change and our second chance. This time we can get it right. We can live our lives without fear, hatred, judgment and indifference. If we let go of these limiting and divisive emotions that hold us back sudden we will see the beauty in each one of us regardless of gender, race, faith, country of origin or whatever. We will begin to realize that we all basically want the same thing, to live in peace, love and achieve our birthright of greatness. I know you can see if you just look because I am seeing it in you. Just give it a chance.
Live well and have an excellent week.

YOUR MIND
Concentration Brings Success
Max Steingart
The first law of success is concentration.
Concentration is your magic key that opens the door to accomplishment.
When your physical and mental resources are focused,
your power to resolve problems multiplies tremendously.
To do two things at once is to do neither.
Nothing can add more power to your life as much as concentrating
all your energies on a limited set of targets.
Bend all of your energies to one point, and go directly to that point,
looking neither to the right nor to the left.
Success is the result of well directed energy.
The sun's rays do not burn until brought to a focus.

YOUR BODY
Making Changes To Your Diet Starts With Changing Your Environment
Making changes to your diet and exercise plan may seem so difficult as to be discouraging. Especially at first, when new behaviors are unfamiliar and easier said than done.
Providing yourself with a supportive environment will help keep you focused on your goals, and you will soon be on your way to a slimmer, healthier you!
Learning to support your behavior changes in different ways will help you make them permanent. This can involve both changing your environment, and the circumstances supporting your behavior changes.
If you make a commitment to stop drinking soda pop, be sure there's none left in your refrigerator. If you make a commitment to walk at lunchtime, make sure to leave time for it and to have a pair of athletic shoes on hand.
Make the right changes to your environment and you will find it easier to achieve the behavioral changes you desire, and to sustain your new behaviors and reach your goals.
Take a look at your environment, and ask yourself what you can change to better support your goals. Then take action!
Keeping yourself hydrated during your work out will make it even more effective. Don't forget to drink plenty of water! What I suggest is adding the juice of half a lemon to 32 ounces of water with a sprinkle of Steviva Brand Stevia Powder . Aside from being less than 2 carbs, you will get the health benefits that the stevia provides along with the vitamin C and electrolytes that lemon have. You can substitute limes for lemons if you get bored. Click here to order stevia powder . Now, starting working out.

YOUR SPIRIT
Exercising Flexibility
Stretching Your Mind
Flexibility is the capacity to bend without breaking, as well as a continual willingness to change or be changed in order to accommodate new circumstances. People with flexible minds are open to shifting their course when necessary or useful; they are not overly attached to things going the way they had planned. This enables them to take advantage of opportunities that a more rigid person would miss out on. It can also make life a lot more fun. When we are flexible, we allow for situations we could not have planned, and so the world continues to surprise and delight us.
Since reality is in a constant state of flux, it doesn’t make sense to be rigid or to cling to any one idea of what is happening or what is going to happen. We are more in tune with reality when we are flexible. Being in tune enables us to adjust to the external environment and other people as they change and grow. When we are rigid or stuck in our ways, instead of adjusting to the world around us we hunker down, clinging to a concept of reality rather than reality itself. When we do this, we cut ourselves off from life, and we miss out on valuable opportunities, as well as a lot of joy.
Just as we create flexibility in our bodies by stretching physically, we can create limberness in our minds by stretching mentally. Every day we have the opportunity to exercise our flexibility. We can do this in small ways such as taking a different route home from work or changing our exercise routine. On a larger scale, we can rearrange the furniture or redo a room in our house. If these are things we already do regularly, we can stretch our minds by imagining several different possibilities for how the next year will unfold. As we do this, our minds become more supple and open, and when changes come our way, we are able to accommodate and flow with the new reality.

2. Heat cream carefully until almost boiling.
3. Combine the two mixtures, beating until smooth, then add the result to the top of a double boiler and simmer until it thickens (STIR CONSTANTLY).
4. Dissolve the gelatine in the water, and add to the cream mixture, stirring well until it is well mixed.
5. Allow this mixture to cool completely before adding to the pastry case. Refrigerate until it sets.
Directions Topping:
1. Soak the cherries in Steviva Blend or Fructevia for 20 minutes. Drain and and reserve 1 cup of the syrup.
2. Arrange the pitted cherries artistically over the top of the tart.
3. Put the reserved syrup, gelatine and rum into a saucepan and heat (stirring) until gelatine dissolves.
4. Cool the liquid and pour over the cherries. Refrigerate until set.
Don't be intimidated by the complexity of the recipe, it is well worth the effort.
