Whenever you're faced with a difficulty, focus on the solution rather than on the problem. Think and talk about the ideal solution to the obstacle or setback, rather than wasting time rehashing and reflecting on the problem. Solutions are inherently positive, whereas problems are inherently negative. The instant that you begin thinking in terms of solutions, you become a positive and constructive human being.
Always assume that something good is hidden within each difficulty or challenge. Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, a major proponent of positive thinking, once said, "Whenever God wants to give us a gift, he wraps it up in a problem." The bigger the gift you have coming, the bigger the problem you will receive. But the wonderful thing is that if you look for the gift, you will always find it.

Kick Up Your Cardio
You can burn major calories by increasing the level of your cardio intensity. An amazing method of cardio training is called HIIT (high intensity interval training). The overview of this training method is to limit the time to a maximum of 20 minutes per session and vary your training intensity during the workout.
Start out with an exercise like the elliptical trainer and begin at about a 65% intensity level for the first 5 minutes. Once you're warmed up, increase the intensity to 90% for the next 30 seconds and then drop back down to 65% intensity for the next 60 seconds. Repeat the cycle for the next 10 minutes. Once you hit the 15 minute mark, drop your intensity back down to a steady 65% intensity and cool down for the last 5 minutes. You can apply the HIIT cardio training to any exercise like running, jumping rope, cycling and even aerobics.

Low Glycemic Sugar Free All Natural Strawberry Apple Pie
Carbs Per Serving: 15.62 g
Prep Time:<55 minutes
2 1/2 pounds apples, peeled, cored, sliced
2 cups strawberries
1 cup Steviva Brand Stevia Blend, Fructevia or 1/8 teaspoon Steviva Brand Stevia Powder mixed with 1 cup of unsweetened apple sauce.
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons whole grain flour
1 tablespoon butter, cut in small pieces
whole grain pie shell for two-crust 9-inch pie
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Mix the apples and strawberries together in a large bowl.
