The Secret Law of Attraction
you have the power to manifest anything you desire

My sister recommended the particular movie to me called "The Secret". I sat down with my other sister; yes... I have three, and watched it. To me the paramount point of the film is that your emotions serve as your internal compass to let you know how well you’re applying the law of attraction. 

The Law of Attraction basically states that if you think it it will natural come to you or your will attract it. This goes for both good and bad. But, if you want to achieve a goal you’ve set, the most crucial part is to DECIDE to manifest it. It doesn’t matter if you feel it’s outside your control to do so. It doesn’t matter if you can’t yet see how you’ll get from A to B. Most of those resources will come online AFTER you’ve made the decision, not before.

If you feel happy, joyful, passionate, or otherwise positive, you’re successfully thinking about what you want.  If you feel fearful, depressed, angry, or otherwise negative, you’re thinking mainly about what you don’t want, so you’re using the law of attraction destructively.  Hence, at any given time, you can simply check your emotional state to determine whether or not you’re in or out of alignment. 

Whenever I catch myself sliding down the emotional scale, I know it means I’m starting to think about what I don’t want, so I stop whatever I’m doing and refocus my attention back on what I want.  Deep breathing, meditation, visualization, reading my goals, or spending time with my dog, family or friends  – all of these are helpful in raising my emotional state back up again.  And it’s in this positive state that I most easily attract what I want, partly through pleasurable direct action but also through effortless synchronicity.

I enjoyed this movie and I think you will too. It will help you understand just how important it is to keep your thoughts focused on what you want to attract.  At the very least, go the The Secret web site, and check out the free trailer.  After you watch the movie, take note of how people you know invariably attract circumstances that align with their dominant thoughts, including yourself.  Take charge of your thoughts, and you’ll take charge of your circumstances.

Exercises to Build Your Bones

Any weight-bearing activity helps build bones. But weightlifting does the most to prevent osteoporosis over time because it increases your strength and muscle mass, as well as bone density. Here are a few recommendations:

  • Talk with your doctor. Do this before you start any exercise program. Ask about consulting a physical therapist or trainer to help you make the most of your workout.
  • Schedule 30 minutes a day, two to three times a week. Anything less won’t work your bones hard enough. But don’t overdo it: Ask your doctor about your workout’s intensity.
  • Warm up. Do light aerobic exercises and easy stretches for seven to 10 minutes before your workout to avoid injury.
  • Focus on the hip, spine and lower back. These are the main fracture sites. “The leg press, squats and lunges are all good.”
  • Do fewer reps at heavier weights. “If you can barely do two sets of six to eight reps, you’re at the right weight,” Try 20 to 25 minutes of weight training.
  • Gradually add to that weight. Determine the highest number of reps you can do or the most weight you can lift. Then shoot for 70 to 80 percent of that maximum capability.
  • Do cardio weight-bearing exercises. To head off osteoporosis, row, bike, hike or dance for at least seven to 10 minutes of your workout. Double that if you want an aerobic workout.
  • Cool down. Repeat your warm-up routine for about five minutes, to shift your body back to relative inactivity.

When you are working out don't forget to drink plenty of water! What I suggest is adding the juice of half a lemon or 4 tablespoons of unsweetened cranberry juice to 32 ounces of water with a sprinkle of Steviva Brand Stevia Powder . Sugar Free Low Glycemic Peach Chutney
Serves: 4
Carbs Per Serving: 6.8 g
Prep Time:<35 minutes


My sister just picked up a box of peaches this weekend from a local organic farm. And they are so amainzing.This awesome and super easy recipe takes only minutes to make and it comes at a perfect time since peaches are at the peak of their season right now. Enjoy!
This Chutney make a nice, unusual accompaniment to grilled meats and curries, or spread on toast with cream cheese.

Ingredients:
2 ripe peaches
1/2 cup Steviva Brand Stevia Blend or ( 1/2 cup of unsweetened apple sauce and 1/16 of teaspoon/dash of Steviva Brand Stevia Powder)
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
black pepper to taste

Instructions:
Blanch peaches for 30 seconds in boiling water, remove skins and pits and cut into slices. Combine with all other ingredients in a separate pot for at least 7 minutes, stirring once. Put into Mason jar. Seal tightly with sterilized lid and refrigerate. Will keep up to 3 months.
