1 tsp MonkSweet+
0.25 cup 100% apple juice (no added sweetener)
0.25 cup heavy cream
1 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp apple pie spice
0.50 cup ice

Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse until blended.
