Perhaps better known by the name haymaker's punch, there are countless recipes for this deliciously refreshing drink. This vinegar-based drink essentially serves the same purpose as lemonade at a time when neither drinking water nor fresh lemons were easy to come by. It is an inexpensive and electrolyte filled way to get the benefits of apple cider vinegar (and much more tasty than undiluted vinegar!).

2 tbspunfiltered apple cider vinegar.
2 tbspNectevia, CocoSweet+, MonkSweet+, Fructevia, Steviva Blend (or even a tiny dash of SteviaSweet!)
2 -inch of fresh ginger root, peeled and finely minced
4 cupswater (or 2 cups water and 2 cups seltzer water for a spritzer!)
