
27 Nov Grilled Figs with Nectevia Mascarpone

In a bowl mix together the mascarpone and Nectevia until combined.
Place this mixture in a plastic bag and set aside in the fridge to chill.
Cut figs in half.
Heat grill to a medium high heat (about 350ºF).
Oil the grates of your grill not the fruit (put a little oil on a paper towel and use grill cleaner to rub the
towel around).
Place the figs cut side down first.
Grill for 3-5 minutes and turn.
Cook another 3-5 and carefully remove with tongs.
Take your chilled plastic bag of Mascarpone and cut one corner.
Pipe Mascarpone onto the hot figs.
Serve and Enjoy!
