Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Grease an 8" square baking dish.

In a small saucepan melt coconut oil and chocolate.

Add cacao.

Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Meanwhile, in a medium size mixing bowl, whisk eggs with steviva, vanilla and sea salt.

Whisk in the coconut flour.

Add chocolate mixture and walnuts.

Mix well making sure there are no coconut flour lumps.

Pour into prepared pan.

Bake approximately 30-35 minutes.

Cool before frosting.

Optional: Chocolate Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream everything together in a mixing bowl.

Spread over brownies.

Chocolate Coconut Brownies with Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

Delicious and perfectly delicate brownies!

For brownie base:

1/3 cup coconut oil

4 cup dark cacao

24 g dark chocolate (I used 8 squares of Pralus 100%)

6 eggs

1/2 cup steviva blend

1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (about 50 grams)

For frosting:

1/3 cup cream cheese

1/2 cup coconut cream

1/4 cup dark cacao powder

1 dash SteviaSweet!
