The lovely thing about this recipe is all the variations you can do. Feel free to exchange the nuts, seeds, fats, fruits & grains for whatever you like. Just use the same volume. Cup for cup... dried fruits can be used instead of freeze dried. You can use extra nuts instead of oats or crisp rice, you can vary the ingredients all sorts of ways.

1/4 cupcoconut oil & butter ghee (or use butter or just coconut oil)
1/2 cuphoney (or use maple syrup)
1/2 cupalmond butter (or any nut butter)
1/2 cupsteviva blend & 2 tbsp molasses (or use 1 cup brown sugar)
