In a large saucepan, combine Fructevia, Steviva Blend or a tiny dash to taste of SteviaSweet, water, and strawberry flavored gelatin.

Boil for 3 minutes.

Stir in pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orange juice.

Divide mixture in half, and freeze in 2 separate containers.

When ready to serve, place the frozen contents of one container in a punch bowl, and stir in 1 bottle of lemon-lime soda until slushy.

Sweetener Notes: For no-added calories, try using: MonkSweet+, Steviva Blend, or SteviaSweet! If you desire a reduced-sugar option, use CocoSweet+ or Fructevia.

The Holidays are time for punch. This festive and really delicious punch is perfect for any holiday gathering. The kids won't be running around with a sugar buzz and your nerves won't be frazzled especially since you will be keeping your blood sugar on track and calories low. It is super easy to make and won't break the bank in these tough economic times. Enjoy in good health and cheer!

2 cups Fructevia, Steviva Blend (or a tiny dash to taste of StevivaSweet)

6 cups water

6 oz. unflavored gelatin mix

2 unsweetened strawberry flavored Kool Aid (or drink mix) packets

1 unsweetened pineapple juice (46 oz. can)

2/3 cup lemon juice

1 quart orange juice

2 bottles Sugar Free 7UP (2 liter)
