Separate egg whites from yolks.

In a blender, blend the egg whites and Steviva Blend (or SteviaSweet! mixed with applesauce)

Continue blending and add the ingredients in this order: nuts, vanilla, flour, soda, yolks, and cocoa, blend for 2 minutes more.

Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.

4 eggs

1/2 cup Steviva Blend or (1/8 teaspoon of SteviaSweet! mixed with 1 cup of applesauce)

1 cup almonds, coarsely chopped

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp almond flour

1 tbsp baking soda

3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
