Fresh and tantalizing. This delicious tomato medley will tantalize all of your senses!

  • Yields: 4 cups


3 cups fresh tomatoes – cut in ½” cubes (mix it up with a variety of different types of tomatoes. cherry, heirloom etc.)

1 cup sliced buffalo mozzarella (optional)

1/4 cup scallions or green onions– sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic or apple vinegar

1 tbsp water

1 tsp dried or fresh basil

1/8 tsp dried or fresh oregano

1/2 tsp Steviva Blend or a very very small dash of SteviaSweet!

1 dash salt and pepper to taste
