
13 Oct Chocolate Coconut Brownies with Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
Delicious and perfectly delicate brownies!

Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Grease an 8" square baking dish.
In a small saucepan melt coconut oil and chocolate.
Add cacao.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, in a medium size mixing bowl, whisk eggs with steviva, vanilla and sea salt.
Whisk in the coconut flour.
Add chocolate mixture and walnuts.
Mix well making sure there are no coconut flour lumps.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake approximately 30-35 minutes.
Cool before frosting.
Cream everything together in a mixing bowl.
Spread over brownies.
