This granola makes for the perfect snack or topping for your favorite yogurt!

In a large roasting pan, mix together flax seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut and nuts.
Drizzle with melted butter. Stir in cinnamon, vanilla power and Fructevia or Steviva Blend.
Toast in the oven at 325ºF for a half hour, stirring every 5 or 10 minutes.
