 1 tsp Fresh Ginger Grated
 1 Lemon Cut into 4
 1 Lime Cut into 4
 Pam Olive Oil Spray
 3 lbs Chicken Wings
 8 tbsp Unsalted Butter
 1 tsp Garlic Powder
 ½ cup Soy Sauce
 ½ cup KetoseSweet+ Powder
 ½ cup KetiseSweet+ Liquid
 3 tbsp Bob Mill Gluten Free Flour
 1 Handful Cilantro Chopped
 Thinly Sliced Jalapeños to taste

Preheat the Oven to 400 degrees.

Season the chicken with your spices of choice.

Grate ginger. Set aside.

Slice lemon and lime in 4. Set aside.

Place the chicken in a baking pan.

Spray the chicken with the Pam Olive Oil. Add the lemon and lime slices.

Bake for 15 minutes.

While the chicken is baking.

In a saucepan, add 8 tbsp of unsalted butter, the juice of a lemon and lime, ginger, Soy Sauce, KetoseSweet Sugar, KetoseSweet Liquid Sugar and garlic powder. Cook on low and stir occasionally.

After baking for 15 minutes. Broil the chicken for 2 minutes in the oven.

Remove from the oven and set aside.

If the sauce is not thick enough, mix together 4 tbsp of unsalted butter and 3 tbsp of gluten free flour to make a blonde mix roux. Add to the sauce to thicken the wing sauce. Mix for 1 - 2 minutes on low.

Remove from heat.

Toss wings in the sauce.

Garnish the wings with sliced jalapeños and fresh cilantro and serve.
