2 pieces of flatbread
For the sauce
8 tomato sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
0.50 tsp oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp green olives (sliced)
2 tbsp cooked black beans
1 tbsp cooked corn kernels
cayenne
3 tbsp Fructevia
For the beef
0.50 lb ground beef (or substitute)
1 tsp cumin
0.50 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
salt/pepper to taste
Spicy Sweet Mexican Sauce
0.50 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Nectivia Original
4 tbsp siracha hot sauce (or equivalent)
0.50 cup shredded lettuce
0.25 cup diced tomatos
0.25 lime
1In a saucepan, over medium heat heat the tomato sauce, seasonings and sweetener.
2Cook stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
3Season with salt to taste.
5In the same saucepan, cook and drain the meat.
6Add 3 Tablespoons of prepared sauce, seasonings, black beans, olives and corn.
7Spoon sauce onto flatbread, and top with beef.
8Sprinkle liberally with cheese and place under broiler to melt.
9Top with a drizzle of sauce, garnish with lettuce and fresh diced tomatoes.
