Best Banana Bread

The best banana bread you will ever have!  Sweetened with fructose only making this perfect for those with diabetes!

 0.50 cup applesauce (or use 1/2 cup canola oil)
 0.50 cup Fructevia
 2 eggs
 2 large ripe mashed bananas
 0.25 cup sour cream (optional- increases moistness)
 1 tsp vanilla
 1 tsp baking soda
 2 whole wheat flour
 1 tsp cinnamon (if desired)
 0.50 cup nuts (if desired)

Mix applesauce, Fructevia and eggs together well.

Add the mashed bananas, sour cream and vanilla to mixture and blend together.

Stir in baking soda and wheat flour. Add nuts and/or cinnamon if desired.

Pour batter into greased pans: 1 large loaf pan or will make 2 small loaves.

Bake at 350ºF degrees for 45-60 minutes. Do NOT over bake.

Use knife or toothpick test to make sure it's done.
