In a medium saucepan combine chocolate, heavy cream, coconut oil, almond extract and your preferred flavor of Nectevia.

Heat over medium-low heat stirring regularly until chocolate is melted and smooth.

Pour mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Use a small spoon or melon baller to scoop chocolate and quickly roll into balls. Place on parchment paper.

Roll truffles in preferred coating and store in airtight container in refrigerator.

Sweetener Notes: This recipe pairs best with any Nectevia flavor!  Try Original flavor for a more traditional, sweet flavor, Marrakesh Spice for a warm spiced flavor, New England Maple for an extra indulgent experience, Madagascar Vanilla for an extra creamy flavor, Sweet Provencal Anise for added floral notes, or Masala Chai Spice for a spicy cinnamon sensation.

  • Yields: 3 Dozen Truffles


16 oz. unsweetened Baker's dark chocolate (100% cacao)

1/3 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup Nectevia (any flavor)

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp almond extract

Optional Coatings:

1/4 cup roasted sesame seeds

1/4 cup coconut flakes
