No Added Sugar Thousand Island Dressing


Combine all ingredients (except eggs) in a small blender or food processor and blend. Then, add egg last and chill for 2 hours.

Dress salad and enjoy!

Sweetener Notes:  For no-added calories, try using: MonkSweet+, Steviva Blend, or SteviaSweet!  If you desire a reduced-sugar option, use CocoSweet+ or Fructevia.

2 tbsp pickle relish sweet or dill (but, look out for added sugar!)

4 tbsp chili sauce or ketchup (try to use sugar free if you can!)

4 tbsp chopped green bell peppers

4 tbsp onion, chopped

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tsp Fructevia, Steviva Blend, or a very very tiny dash of SteviaSweet!

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 hard cooked egg, chopped
