Use this dressing on top of your favorite salad or use this for your favorite meats as a marinade!  Truly, this low-carb dressing is universal for so many snacks and meals.

 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 0.25 cup balsamic vinegar
 2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
 3 tbsp lemon juice
 0.75 tsp Steviva Blend, MonkSweet+ or Fructevia

Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, and Steviva Blend, MonkSweet+ or Fructevia.

Cover and refrigerate.

Bring to room temperature and whisk well before using. Add freshly chopped basil last.
