These classic treats are a gluten-free, reduced sugar, low-glycemic index delicacy! You are going to love these almond cookies as a sweet treat, or a snack mid-way through the day!

 2 almond flour
 0.25 cup Steviva Blend
 1 -stick softened margarine (1/2 cup)
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp almond extract

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Combine all ingredients. Form dough into 12 walnut sized balls and place onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 5 minutes and then press each cookies down lightly with fork and continue to bake for another 15 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy!
