No words needed for this delicious pina colada recipe! It's 5'o-clock somewhere.

2 scoops vanilla protein shake mix
1 cup water
2 tbsp Fructevia, Steviva Blend or a tiny dash of SteviaSweet!
2 ice
1 tsp pineapple extract
0.50 tsp coconut extract

Mix in a blender until smooth and creamy. You could add 1 ounce of light Rum if you prefer an alcoholic beverage.
(While it will affect the sugars, it will not affect the carbs.)
